Clear Record Full Version: Allows you to record thoughts and listen to them for exposure exercises. Extremely helpful for problems related to anxiety.

Track and Share: A very helpful app that allows you to track a wide behaviors, moods, sleep schedules, food consumption, exercise and a whole host of other things. Allows you to set targets and work towards goals. Reminders can be set so you won’t forget to record the information. The results can be emailed to your therapist and used in place of the behavior tracking from.

Drink Tracker: Track your alcohol consumption and approximate BAC level. Helpful for monitoring your level of intoxication and the associated immediate physical risks. Please be aware that all measurements are approximate and this app should not be used to decide if you are sober enough to drive as your actual BAC may be higher than estimated.

Depression
